Website and product terms

These terms apply to this website and the Useful Foundry digital products currently made available through it.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

1. Who provides Useful Foundry

Useful Foundry is a trading name of ECONOVETECH LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16443132. Its registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

Contact: [email protected].

2. What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the Useful Foundry website and any digital product supplied from a product page linked by this website. Separate terms shown at checkout or with a particular product also apply where relevant. If they conflict with these terms, the more specific product or checkout term takes priority for that transaction.

The Scope Control Toolkit is offered through Payhip at the price displayed on its product page and checkout. Check the final price and information shown at checkout before placing an order.

3. Product licence

When you obtain a Useful Foundry product, whether free or paid, ECONOVETECH LTD gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that copy for your own personal work or your organisation's internal business purposes.

You may make reasonable backup copies. You must not sell, sublicense, publicly redistribute, rent or present the product as your own. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to introduce malicious code, or use it to infringe another person's rights.

The licence does not transfer ownership of the product, its source material, branding or other intellectual property.

4. Your decisions remain yours

Scope Control products are decision-support tools. They do not provide legal, financial, tax or professional advice and do not decide what a contract means. Outputs, classifications, estimates and draft replies must be checked by you before you rely on or send them.

You are responsible for the information you enter, your assessment of the underlying agreement, your communications with clients and any decision to accept, reject, waive or charge for work.

5. Downloads and third-party delivery

The current free and paid products are delivered through Payhip. When you follow a Payhip link, Payhip's own service, privacy information and applicable checkout terms govern its part of the process. Useful Foundry does not collect card details through this website.

Keep your download and backup in a safe place. Contact support if the confirmed delivery route does not provide the expected file.

6. Availability, updates and support

We aim to describe each product and its status accurately. We may correct defects, improve a product, change or withdraw a release, or update these terms. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular future feature, or continuing compatibility with every browser or operating system.

Support is offered through the Support page. No automatic reply time or automatic AI support is promised.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Digital content supplied to a consumer must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.

Scope Control Lite is supplied at no charge. The Scope Control Toolkit is paid digital content delivered through Payhip. The product page and checkout state the price and delivery arrangement; applicable cancellation and refund information is provided through the checkout process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, Useful Foundry products do not guarantee recovered revenue, savings, profitability, contract outcomes or client responses. ECONOVETECH LTD is not responsible for a business decision made without appropriate human review, or for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you obtained the product.

You should keep suitable backups and use reasonable security precautions when opening, storing or using downloaded files.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and any right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom are not affected.

10. Questions

For a question about these terms or a product, email [email protected]. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, recovery codes, private keys or other secrets.
